Return Policy

To return your item(s), simply use our return option through email or send a return request email to support@kivvaactive.com for a quick and easy process. 

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless using Redo return app. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please be aware that you have 28 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return, and that sale items are not eligible for returns.

All approved returns will be refunded or via store credit in the form of a Kivva E-Gift Card. Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the item(s).

Please note that exchanges will be accepted within 28 days of the original purchase date provided that the item(s) are accompanied by a valid receipt and all tags remain attached. Returns for store credit only will be accepted within 28 days of the original purchase date, also requiring a valid receipt and all tags attached.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any items that are returned damaged
  • Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
  • Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains and/or tanning solutions
  • Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
  • Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
  • Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 28 days of the original purchase date

Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.

Damages and issues 

We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@kivvaactive.com. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Items may only be exchanged by mail once.
